As such, we have honed our best practices to aid in the furtherance of our client's business goals to obtain meaningful intellectual property protection. And our fixed-fee pricing enables our clients to have a known budget for their intellectual property protection.

Our patent firm is technically savvy in many fields including mechanical, engineering, electrical, software, construction, chemical, energy, communications, and semiconductor patenting. We are ready to help you on a fixed fee basis (enabling us to help you at any budget).

Electronic devices and circuits, semiconductor devices, embedded systems, sensors, power systems, and device-manufacturing systems are just a few areas of possible novelty that you might apply for a patent in.

  • Do you have a new and useful kitchen gadget?
  • Do you have new and novel ideas relating to embedded microprocessor controlled systems?
  • Have you created the next sensor device that will enable future robotic systems?
  • Do you have a new and useful software application?
  • Have you created a new automotive gadget?
  • Have you created the next generation guitar?
  • Have you created a wide-area-communications system for monitoring process or external events and reporting status?
  • Do you have a useful and novel business method for making money?

Avoid the common patent mistakes do-it-yourself filers make. Patent searching prior art is a prerequisite to determining the patentability of your valuable invention. Learn strategies for licensing and marketing your patent. Many inventors providing innovation in all fields should take advantage of Stoneman Volk Patent Group's boutique quality & low fixed fees.

Electronic image display systems    (view pdf of patent icon,   Text Only,   Figure 1)
An electronic image display system that provides a wall-mounted television/electronic display. Dual display screens are oriented back-to-back such that one display screen is visible in a first room and one display screen is visible in an adjacent room. The invention provides theft-resistance and provides built-in content monitoring and parental control options.

________

MOTOR BATTERY SYSTEMS (PDF view pdf of patent icon, Text Only, Figure 1)
A combined motor-battery system comprising an electric power source adapted to convert self-originating electrical current to mechanical power utilizing a set of common functional structures. Preferred embodiments include an electrochemical cell comprising field reactive electrodes that directly produce extractable mechanical forces in the presence of a magnetic field.

________

PAINTBALL LOADER SYSTEMS (PDF view pdf of patent icon, Text Only, Figure 1)
A paintball loader system designed to efficiently deliver paintballs to a paintball gun. The drive mechanism is a screw-type design comprising a resilient auger. A microcontroller is programmed to automatically adjust the rotation of the auger based on data from multiple sensor points within the loader. The auger is mounted such that both rotational axial movements are enabled during operation. The axial movement of the auger is used to maintain a constant force on the paintballs awaiting loading within the paintball gun.

Sprayable roof coating systems    (view pdf of patent icon,   Text Only,   Figure 1)
Improved sprayable roof coating systems which provide immediate waterproofing of a newly-sprayed latex-based ionic roof coating by applying to the upper surface of such roof coating an ionic catalyst having a pH opposed to the pH of such roof coating, whereby such upper surface of such roof coating coagulates immediately to form a thin waterproof surface layer on such roof coating and the bottom portions of such roof coating are permitted to coagulate and bond to the underlying roof normally. Also, latex-based sprayable roof coating systems permitting use in roof mastics of recycled rubber and spray equipment for such systems which do not clog up when air spraying such recycled-rubber-containing roof mastics.
